Eligibility for Returns

You may return any new, unused item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
• Include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories
• Be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Customized or special-order products
• Clearance or final sale items

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@cadetmower.shop with your order number and reason for return.

After receiving your request, we will provide instructions and the return shipping address.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
